This point is interesting. And I think pretty true. Although it is a bit trying at work sometimes, where I work in a too pragmatic company.
...very often people look to you to describe your visions of the future. They want a picture that can raise their sights and thereby their spirits... People will want to latch on to the hope you bring.
Is this true? Maybe part of it, but latching on to the hope I bring might be pushing it a bit.

really though, i think that this ties so closely into your #3 & 5 of imaginative and creative that it makes total sense!
