Project sell the house is coming along... tomorrow they finish painting the house. Wednesday the handyman is coming over to fix some random stuff, and the flooring people are going to replace the carpeting and flooring. I'm hoping to get the house listed next week.
Some places I've looked at living next are Blue Ash, Kenwood, Hyde Park, Oakley, and Downtown. Blue Ash was leading before, but now I think Downtown has taken the lead. Ideally somewhere with a nice view. My only concern is where does one get groceries when living downtown?

I would guess you would have to drive a little for your groceries. There cannot be a grocer store that far away?!?1
i had a good friend who lived downtown for about 4 years and LOVED it. he went out a lot to jazz clubs, local places that the locals don't know about, etc. and of course always walked home (and to work!). there are so many cool places to rent and buy now... a pain to park though for visitors...
Going to local places that locals don't know about... that sounds like a winner!
We'll put downtown at the top of my list for now.
