Was watching the Brewers play the Diamondbacks last night. Saw the catcher go down after a foul ball hit him. Tonight, the announcers were like "I don't even want to talk about what happened to him." So I looked up what the injury was:
Jul 1 Matt Paulson, of the East Valley Tribune, reports the Arizona Diamondbacks have placed C Chris Snyder (testicle) on the 15-day disabled list with a left testicular fracture.
So how do you rehab that injury? Do you put on a (very little) cast?

i didn't realize you could fracture something that wasn't a bone...not that type of bone anyways!!! hahaha...no pun intended! I figured an organ could get punctured, torn, ripped, bruised, inflamed, infected, etc...but broken??
I'm sure that's one of those things that is funny when it happens to others, but sooo embarrassing and painful when it happens to yourself. Not myself, of course, b/c that could never (thankfully) happen to me.
I, too, was confused about a fracture without a bone to break....
Perhaps it gets the same treatment as a broken toe may get - it get's "buddy-taped". ;) And, um, I bet he'd be offended by you implying anything down there requires a tiny cast. Huge. HUGE, I'm sure he'd want others to believe!!
oooh, imagine the physical therapy that gets involved for that one!! all the massages. ;)
Umm ouch!
