CC! CC! CC!
I haven't been blogging a lot about the Brewers this year because I jinxed them last year... but we just made a big trade for CC Sabathia, who was the Cy Young award winner last year. Now I know all of you Boston fans don't know what it's like to have a team that sucks all the time, but this is really exciting stuff!

That's great, but in another sense it's sad, because the Brewers had to trade away their future prospects for a one-time shot to merely *get* to the playoffs.
Meanwhile, you have other teams that are perennial playoff contenders and can make these kind of deals to try to win a *World Series*.
MLB economics suck!
