I can say having been to Dale's last concert (which was amazing) we will certainly plan to go to this one! Do you guys know "Rocky Top"? :)
Wow - I stay away for a week and you've got all kinds of stuff posted!
Your first concert sounds like a blast - I'm so excited that the lyric is doing Fledermaus this year - with lots of great music. Let me guess that the beautiful melody from Hansel & Gretel is the evening prayer at the end of the first act? I got to sing Gretel in that scene one year in Opera Workshop at UD - loved it. The rest of the opera is fun, too.
You got it! I'm jealous that you got to sing it (not that I'd want to sing it, but that you got to experience it). I've never actually seen the opera, but I would love to someday. I'm really looking forward to playing it.
Tom, this is one song I wish I had brought up for your wedding but forgot about it!
